One of the thinks that impressed me the most was how it was packed. It was simple to unpack, because the entire top of the box was the lid, and you simply pulled off the straps and lifted the cardboard lid off. Easy!! There was no Styrofoam or plastic (only a compostable bag). Cool.

Shredder is powerful, shreds 16 sheets easily, and just feels solid. No particle board wood like the old one.

I like the voice assist feature. Works great.
